Care That Fits Each Person

No two residents are alike. We build every care plan around the individual, with special expertise in dementia, chronic conditions, and end-of-life support. Our focus covers three areas:

Physical Health:

Medical support, help with daily activities, and nutritious meals tailored to each resident.

Emotional Well-being:

Social connection, companionship, and activities that bring purpose and joy to each day.

Comfort and Dignity:

Individualized care that respects each resident's wishes, routines, and sense of self.

Admission Criteria & Pricing

Daily Living Support

We help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility in a way that fits their routine and preserves their sense of independence. Care is always respectful, unhurried, and built around the individual.

Medication Management:

Staff carefully oversee each resident's medication schedule, coordinating with physicians to keep health on track.

Personal Hygiene and Comfort:

Regular bathing and grooming are part of each resident's daily rhythm, supporting both physical health and emotional well-being.

A Place That Feels Like Home

Lavender Fields is small by design. Residents know their neighbors, staff know their names, and the spaces around them feel familiar and comfortable rather than clinical.

Indoor and Outdoor Spaces: Cozy common areas and peaceful outdoor spaces give residents room to relax, visit with family, or simply enjoy the day at their own pace.

Community and Connection: From shared meals to group activities and social events, daily life at Lavender Fields is built around genuine connection and a sense of belonging.

Home-Cooked Dining, Every Day

Meals at Lavender Fields are a highlight of the day. Our in-house kitchen cooks from scratch daily using real, whole ingredients. Think real potatoes, fresh eggs, and fruit on the table every morning, not processed shortcuts.

Residents dine together in a communal dining room, making mealtimes a natural opportunity for conversation, laughter, and connection.

Dementia and Memory Care Support

Caring for a loved one with dementia takes patience, consistency, and genuine understanding. Our staff is trained to meet residents where they are, using familiar routines, calm communication, and a stable environment to help them feel safe and at ease every day.

We do not use a rigid program or clinical protocol. We get to know each resident, their history, their preferences, and what brings them comfort, and we build their care around that.

Always in the Loop

Every resident has a personalized care plan that we update regularly as their needs change. We stay in close contact with families, physicians, and social workers so that everyone involved in a resident's care is informed, aligned, and confident.

You will never feel like you are guessing about your loved one's wellbeing.

Our families Say...

Here’s what some of our families have said about their experience at Lavender Fields:

“My mother was there 8 months and received the best care available!  They were caring and saw to her needs!  Since I lived out of state, they never seem to tire of my daily calls to check on her and always took the time to tell me how she was doing.  I love their size and “at home” feel!  Residents are not just a number but are a family!  Thank you for all you did!”

“My mother was a patient at Lavender Fields from January until her death two weeks ago. Lavender Fields is the “best” place my mother could have been during this time. Judi, Brett and the staff are so caring and loving. It was okay to walk around the couch when she couldn’t sleep and had no clue what time it was. It was okay for her to have ice cream whenever she wanted it.   They have celebrations with punch and wore hats. The school children come from the Beverly School to read to the residents.  Last but not least, the residents truly care for each other like extended family. I highly recommend Lavender Fields to anyone who needs placement of a loved one.”

“My grandma passed away Friday and lived at lavender fields for about 3 years. She was placed here right before they did the remodel and the name was fully changed. Even though my grandma suffered from vascular dementia she was mentally and physically stimulated. Thank goodness we were able to get her into this place. Some of the other places in the area have been run into the ground. Overall our family believes my grandma had the best treatment that could be offered. Judy and Brett do a wonderful job of entertaining the guests, feeling the folks, and run an excellent facility! I feel that many of the other area places are over crowded and they don’t do anything with their residents. I hope this never happens to lavender fields. I think the reason that it is so successful is the attention it is able to give a crew of small residents. Regardless, even though my grandma wasn’t well, I was at peace knowing she was well cared for and respected. Thanks to Judy and Brett for being amazing human beings! And may god bless such a great facility!”
